Deposit and withdrawal methods: Thick thing: Sofort-Überweisung / Klarna blocked - despite this, transfers go through

Hello all,

i have about 2 years ago Sofortüberweisung and thus also Klarna blocked. The whole thing I have requested in writing and has also been made. (I also still have email correspondence). So, - now just under 2 weeks ago - after a few too many whiskey and coke and Langerweile I just tried fun whether Klarna goes. Credit card I did not want and there were no other EZ possibilities. The joke of the matter: it went directly. Ok - despite alcohol I had myself under control and have made only 2-3 EZ of 20-30 euros
... so fortunately not escalated

When I was sober again - I thought so - Hm - can not really be. Online banking thrown on and lo and behold: really debited by Sofort.

Directly on the next business day (last Monday) then called there and asked what that should and that can not be. The employee did not know how to help and said - "Well - maybe it was because of the small amounts". I have not come to terms with this and have asked for clarification.

Exactly 1 week passed - of course I have made 2-3 more EZ in the time - but also nothing excessive.

Now came today the - without any explanation or apology or anything else an email that it is now again irrevocably blocked.

So now I'm really the Hutschnurr burst. The OCs behave assig is one thing - but a German company which does not behave correctly - something else.
I'm curious what they answer to my questions now. I would like a position name and an explanation how that can be. Discreetly I have also pointed out that they actually had no legitimacy to carry out the transfers and there was a valid reason for the block ....

Am curious

Dear Ms. XXXX,

nice that you have "blocked it again" - but for me this is not the end of the matter.
Please answer the following questions or comment on them:

a) How can it be that a blocking simply cancels itself?
b) Why does a reaction take 7 days and further bookings are possible despite notification?
c) What was the explanation of the telephone employee that it could be due to "the small amounts of 20-30 euros"? - Blocking is blocking!

Furthermore, I find it actually a cheek that not even an explanation, let alone an apology on the part of Sofort GmbH comes.
You are hopefully clear what happened there? There was also a valid reason why I deactivate the service to 17.10.2017 read.
(demonstrably - mail correspondence is still available) - And it was already said there it was irrevocable.

In principle, the Sofort GmbH had no legitimacy to carry out these bookings.

Thank you for your statement
