i have already played several times at Karamba and also already paid out. Now I got the crazy idea to change my bank and so I have a new account. So I informed Karamba about it and I was told to upload a bank statement as proof (redacted). I did that and two days later I got the mail that I can now withdraw to the new account. But when I go to payout, I have to select the account and I can only select the old account, which no longer exists.
