i have already played several times at Karamba and also already paid out. Now I got the crazy idea to change my bank and so I have a new account. So I informed Karamba about it and I was told to upload a bank statement as proof (redacted). I did that and two days later I got the mail that I can now withdraw to the new account. But when I go to payout, I have to select the account and I can only select the old account, which no longer exists. So I wrote again to Karamba (chat), once, twice, five times, ten times...... oh I don't know how many times. Each time it was, "Yes, we'll change it! I'll give this to the department in charge" They are driving me waaaaay crazy!!!" Nothing happens! Since I can't select the correct account, I can't pay out. There is not much money in it, only 100€. But they have p**sed me off so much in the last 2 weeks that I have absolutely no desire to play there anymore.
