Do any of you have experience in paying out with bank transfer at Sunpura?

Could only pay out with it because I deposited with PSC.
Supposedly the withdrawal was made yesterday, nothing arrived today. When asked, they say my bank must first accept the withdrawal, that daure three banking days, then the transfer must be processed by my bank, which should take another 5 bank working days

Had not since 2007 so long online casino transfer durations :d
