Hello dear ones,

I have the following problem:
At sunmaker I have properly abgecasht (from 100€ became 2300€). These I also wanted to have paid out as I have deposited the 100€ via Trustly. Now I was 2x the payout denied without comment. Only in the Live Chat they told me I had to pay out at least 1093€ via PayPal. Since I deposited there in the past for 1500€, but only 500€ have paid out. That would have to balance out according to the Money Laundering Act. Can someone help me who may have had similar disputes? For evt. questions I am of course ready.

Currently I have no problems with PayPal but a long time ago already. For this reason, I do everything through Trustly had no stress there yet. I would not have deposited if I knew that they could force me to another payout option. Well the Gelduld to withdraw 23x 100€ I would have, but then I take probably or via PayPal. However, it says in their terms and conditions if you close your account you would get it back on the Deposit way 🤔
