Won 2000€ at Spin Casino last week Thursday with 20€ bet WITHOUT bonus conditions. After Verification and so on, the win was supposedly paid out yesterday evening to my MuchBetter account. However, there is still nothing booked... but MuchBetter is an instant payment? Furthermore, I do not see the payout anywhere on the page of Spincasino. The support said on inquiry, the withdrawal is only displayed when it would have been received on my Muchbetter account and that could take 24-48 hours. It all seems a little Spanish to me....

Correct, muchbetter is "instant" - but like all payment methods it depends on the casino.
Did they definitely talk/write about paid out or is booked out? If a casino books or releases such stories manually (can happen with the first payout), it usually happens on the following day - when the accounting department is staffed again.
