Skrill simply deducts money

i received the following email earlier:
We would like to draw your attention to a cancelled transaction on your Skrill account:
Transaction ID: 3172150284
Date: 2020-05-22
Provider: Rapid Transfer Direct
Amount: 45.45 EUR
Your bank has declined this transaction and the Deposit was not processed. This transaction has therefore been reversed; you have been charged for the associated costs in accordance with the contract. Your account has been debited with the amount of 45.45 EUR.
I wanted to deposit via Rapid Transfer, but I got an error message so that nothing was debited from my bank account and nothing was credited to my Skrill account.
Now they just deducted the 45€ I wanted to deposit at that time from my Skrill account
