wanted to log in as always
did not work
password reset link requested new password created via the link(wanted my old password but did not work had to create new password )
tried new password did not come in again old password then came this:

First restart your router, maybe only the current IP is blocked or try it via mobile data.

Edit: if mobile data works, but PC still not start cmd as admin and enter: ipconfig /flushdns
