I have a question, I try to Deposit in cherrycasino via Skrill but always get the message:

"Deposited funds cannot be used for payments to this merchant"

Does anyone know what the problem is! Have read that it often comes to problems when you try to deposit from Germany at betting providers or casino's.... Could you circumvent this with nem VPN tool?

You could order a Skrill - prepaid card, so you can withdraw your money at ATMs.
Alternatively you could buy on "https://igiftcards.de/paysafecard/" e.g. Paysafecards with Skrill. There you can also get cell phone cards, Amazon vouchers etc.

Funds deposited via Mastercard® cannot be used for direct payments to merchants from your Wallet. However, you can go to the merchant's website, click on the Skrill payment option, and enter your Mastercard® details to make a payment. Not all merchants support Mastercard®.
