Good day to all,
i made several payments via Rapid Transfer back in 2020 on a weekend. Normally this is an instant transfer service Provider and debits directly from my bank account through my tan entry. However, this weekend was different and there was no money left in my account, so they apparently advanced the money and wanted to collect the money from my account the following Monday. But it was rejected by my bank because there was no money available. Now 1 1/2 years later they want to collect the money via a collection agency called "Sepa Collect".
It is about 300€ + 85€ handling fees.
