Hello dear forum,
i hope to find an answer here. And it is about the following "problem". I have unfortunately played on Playamo without properly informing myself in advance
I made deposits on Playamo and won a little bit. I then submitted the required documents and requested a payout of 3000,-. The whole thing was on Thursday. On Friday came the confirmation that the documents were accepted. On Saturday at noon I got the e-mail that the payout was approved. Shortly after, I also received an SMS from my credit card company that 3000,- had been received. I looked into Netbanking and see that the available amount was increased by the amount paid out. In the evening I looked again in the netbanking and the amount had disappeared. Today Monday I called my bank and asked what was going on. They told me that the money had only been reserved. It seems that the payment was never made.
So, have now contacted the live support of Playamo and described the situation. This meant I should give them time, because the payout takes up to 3 business days. Now I have no choice but to wait. However, I have a bad feeling after reading the bad reviews here about the casino.
The dubious why I write here at all is, why was the money already reserved and withdrawn again???
