Platincasino is rejecting my withdrawal by bank because I used my credit card as a depositor and should use it to withdraw. The stupid thing is that credit card is not offered as a withdrawal method by Platincasino. The support is terrible and doesn't respond at all and tells me to clear my cache (yes, because that helps too).

Do they have another contact option, because this is pure bullshit at the moment?
