Hello,

I would like to know out of pure curiosity if anyone of you has ever made a Paysafecard withdrawal at Bet-at-Home. Somehow it is always rejected with me, although I have already deposited a few times with myPaysafcard account. Normally, the e-wallet account should work as a withdrawal method. At least it is also displayed. I have already submitted any documents and they were accepted. The support can't help me either, they always write "It would be a technical problem" - but I can't do much with it. Skrill and Neteller work perfectly. Also bank withdrawal is no problem. I would also like to have it paid out to the Paysafecard account, if that is already offered. Maybe someone knows how I can best proceed. Thank you!

Hi,

i have already cashed out several times on My Paysafe. The emails and the pers. Data (including address) must match, otherwise it does not work. And any documents for Verification Bet at Home also did not want to have from me yet.
