Paysafe takes between 24 hours, but can sometimes take several business days. Stupid question, you get a card with commission, what you may not withdraw / spend, but use it to play. So either I'm allowed to spend a commission or not. I do not quite understand...

To your question, I am not allowed to withdraw the money, just use it everywhere where Visa is accepted. But I take the 7.50€ fee and prefer to pay it to my checking account, from there I can also withdraw it. I do not use it for gambling, would also be bit to much ü300 euros a month.
