Hello everyone,

yesterday I paid out about €200 to my Paysafe account at Sonnenspiele, as I have done before from other casinos with a license.

Today I topped up my paysafe account again using a code and my account was blocked due to suspicious actions.

By way of background, I am fully verified, an Unlimited user and have been a customer for over 10 years. I also use the account&card debit account via the same account.

The paysafe help center jungle is incredibly confusing.
After a long search, I have sent several requests to unblock the code I deposited and my account.
Has anyone here ever gone through anything like this with paysafe?

Response time approx. 48h, on the net you can only find very negative reviews about such cases.

There is now "only" 40€ stuck on paysafe and debit, but I use the debit account for monthly payments etc., which I can no longer access/load.
