Hello to the round,

i have been using Instant Pay (executed by Brite) as a payout at Pino, Dux, Slothunter and co. for quite some time. So far, the payment was a few seconds after the withdrawal on the bank account.
Now I paid out the day before yesterday at Pino this way and the money is out from Pino since 2pm 2 days ago, but not on the account. This is strange with Sofortüberweisung, which has otherwise always worked so. Do any of you have similar "probleme"? And can someone reassure me and tell me that the money already arrives, but it can take times or so?

Thanks and greetings

If Pino says it's out, you can only wait or call your bank? It may be that they no longer accept OBs, because they know that it is illegal gambling.

And what happens if the bank no longer accepts it? Does it go back to the casino?

Ok, emailed with the payment provider. The bank actually did not accept the payment. Supposedly the money should be back at Pino, but it is not 🤡

Do you have any other options? I always pay out with bank transfer. Takes 1-2 business days, but have never had any problems. Otherwise I have Instant Bank Transfer and Sofortüberweisung to choose from.

It would be interesting to know which bank rejected the deposit.

It was the savings bank. Never caused any problems until now. But now it no longer works. Nodapay payout was also already booked back. Must try it via paysafe. Only I think to have read something that they also change something? Have it but no longer completely on the note ..

Interesting. I'm also at a savings bank in Middle Franconia. However, I've been paying in nowhere for 5 weeks.

If the Deposit via PSC is possible, then a withdrawal via PSC is usually also possible.

I am also waiting since 04.04.2023 for a 20€ payout from Slotwolf, also been instructed by Brite. I do not care about the money, but I think that the casino uses pretty funny tactics to pay out late or not at all.

(Example: my No Deposit withdrawal was reduced to 20€, because I ordered 72€ instead of 50€ (Max. Cashout)).

I was told yesterday that it takes up to 10 days (after processing Slotwolf) and I should be patient until tomorrow (today).

10 days after processing with Brite??

Unlikely o.o
That is immediately there after processing, because real time.

Without wanting to scare you, but prepare yourself to look for a new bank, it may be that they cancel you

I would ask in your place times at Brite. I had written to them yesterday via contact form on the website, they have answered super fast. While they told me at Pino something about "can take 4 days" and then "can take 6 days", Brite told me that the money was rejected directly by the bank and booked back to Pino. However, they only acknowledged it after I sent them my mail traffic with Brite

Can you pay out to a bank account in the meantime? N1 no longer offers Skrill or paysafe
