Deposit and withdrawal methods: Payment received twice

Hey dear forum.
I have to get rid of something about which I am annoyed beyond measure.
I have given today at sunmaker 250 euros for withdrawal. In my account, the status of the withdrawal changed from "in process" to "rejected". Ok....thought I question times in the chat after. Then the support staff wrote me I had accidentally received 350 euros twice in February, so the 250 euros were withheld.
I of course looked and it's really true I got 350 euros twice.
The chat employee wrote me still I was informed about it by mail. This is not correct. I would have noticed that because I use the mail address exclusively for casinos. Even in the spam folder was nothing.
What I find really curious about it, it was then paid out much higher amounts. Meanwhile, we have May and that was in February.
I am an honest man, but I really did not notice that I had "too much" money on the PayPal account. Was a good week then Nevertheless, it annoys me just measureless that the 250 euros are now retained.
Is something like that ever happened to someone?

Oha. They probably only noticed it now. But of course annoying, if you should have counted now just with the money. It has not happened to me yet, but payouts are becoming increasingly rare anyway

That's right the payouts are less. Strangely, if nothing runs it is everywhere so. Therefore, I was already happy about it, and then something like this.

Well, it's surprising - but I think it's ok because it's true. Had you used your account afterwards net more would have se probably nix can make and thus a minus. That you do not notice something like that I think a bit unbelievable ... but it does not matter. Be glad that se you no stupid come and accept that you still have 100 € plus. Worse would have been if you Deposit 250 € and then it is called balance = 0 because you had too much paid out. Which oc was it then?

Is really laughable.

Do it the other way around: I accidentally deposited money with them and gambled it away.
i will initiate a chargeback. Sorry again......

first of all, you try to point this out to the customer and find a solution together
the action is really lousy!

Of course it is ok that you repeat your money.
I really did not notice it. I had a relatively high win and bought like mad and also had other casino payouts. Accordingly, a come and go on Paypal.

Supposedly you have informed me by mail about it. But I have not received one.
What I find funny is that I still had several payouts. And now 3 months later you keep the incorrectly paid out money. Why not before?
And if I really wanted to cheat, I would not have deposited a single cent there.

Phew, I think that's pretty lousy, too. They should have definitely informed you differently than by a blocked payment, in the end it is their failure and they have to make an effort. That they want their money back is also understandable, but you have basically made no mistake. Zock rather somewhere else and go with the 100 € plus you still have out of the matter.

Such a thing can last until it is noticed. And comes also as good as never before^^

what bothers me immensely at sunmaker is the lack of communication when a payout is rejected.
you are not informed when a withdrawal was rejected and you have to be active yourself and ask in the chat.
well sunmaker has developed imho eh to the negative since the Merkur games are gone.
