Moin Moin,
I have played in a reputable online casino of the Playcherry group and won 500€ through a Jackpot win.
Now I wanted to withdraw via PayPal (I have only deposited via PayPal and VISA).
After the status Pending the withdrawal was credited back to my player account
Have not received any info via mail or sms. After I asked in LiveChat came this reason:
"We have to inform you that your withdrawal to the selected payment method cannot be processed. In order for your deposits and withdrawals to be balanced on the different payment methods, we request you to request the withdrawal again on your Visa account."
This is the first time it happened to me, does anyone have similar experience?

I know it the other way around. Withdrawals can only be made in the same way as the Deposit was made. Except for PSC since it goes to the bank account. The other way around as with you I have never heard. Possibly because of the fees that would be charged for PP payout? Balanced payment methods sounds very strange to me somehow.

At playcherry you can take both, i.e.: first withdraw the amount of the Deposit with Visa and then PayPal the rest
Have a similar experience and that went without problems

I let the chat tell me the amount I should pay out and then the rest via PayPal
I do not know why this is so
Some time ago, both said casinos started using this tactic. In my case, they canceled a payout with the same reasoning, all to cancel another payout a few days later with exactly the opposite reasoning.
One should be tempted to lose the win. Nothing more.
As a result, I had blocked the account at both for a year. There are good casinos like sand on the sea. If such goes off, immediately say goodbye to the casino. I want to be entertained for my Deposit, but not for stupid.

So my withdrawal has still not been processed, chat says it is processing the "security department".
I always have all chat logs emailed to me, the first chat arrived by email, all the others where I explicitly asked for confirmations of my questions, all emails came with blank chat logs. This can't be a coincidence or.
