Good morning dear community,

i am a customer of a savings bank and unfortunately I cannot make deposits via Trustly.
If I try to Deposit with Trustly I get the error message that the PIN is wrong. (the login is not possible)

Contacting the bank and Trustly at the same time has of course already been done.
My bank tells me that Trustly is supported and Trustly says that the problem is with the bank.

Has anyone had similar experiences and may be able to help here?
