Neteller depositor with Rapid Transfer status "failed"

Hello everyone,
yesterday I wanted to make a depositor to my Neteller account using Rapid Transfer, as I often do, it took a while, but then the transfer was suddenly listed as "failed" in the transactions, but it was debited from my current account.
I had deposited a different amount in the same way a few hours earlier, but it worked.
I then wrote to support immediately and they probably thought I was referring to the first depositor and ticked the case off as "resolved". I then sent another message and received an email asking me to send a screenshot of the transfer from my current account via Neteller's help center (not by email), but unfortunately the form does not allow me to attach screenshots.
Has anyone had this happen before, that the transfer failed and the money was gone from the account? Do you think I can get my money back? It's not a small amount....
I've been using Neteller for a while now and have never had any problems like this.
Don't worry, it often happens to me too - both with Skrill and Neteller. Your money should be in your account in a few days. It's best to write directly to support and send a screenshot of your online banking showing the withdrawal. As it's the weekend now, it should be done by Tuesday at the latest.

Thank you, that reassures me. How can I attach a picture in the Neteller Help Center? Unfortunately I haven't found an option for this. The e-mail from Neteller just said that screenshots sent by e-mail will not be taken into account.
