Hi folks,

does anyone here use Neteller regularly like me and happened to have to contact customer service?

I haven't received a reply to several emails for two weeks. There is also no longer a telephone number as there used to be.

I'm at a bit of a loss because my card is blocked due to incorrect pin entry and I have to contact customer service.
But it's bad that no one gets back to me.

It used to take less than 24 hours and something came in straight away.

Is there anything I don't know about Neteller?
