i won 1000 Euro at Slott.Club (yeah). The Verification with them went incredibly fast and also the amount was instructed within seconds. Unfortunately, the payout went to my newly created Myfinity account. I uploaded all documents for verification at Myfinity on 21.12.. Since then simply NOTHING happens! There is no response to mails, you can not get through on the hotline.

Are the 1000 Euro gone? I see them on my Myfinity account, but I can't do anything with them. I can't even pay the balance with it. Can you guys give me a Tip? Thanks 😊
