I think everyone should be happy if their own balances are preserved or the payments made are transferred to their respective accounts at some point after all.
Well, if that is only ne week, then okay, but if it should last for 2-3 months, then I would consider with certain sums already, whether one does not consider this option. Especially with the current inflation.
and no: you should not be happy when you get your credit back. Banks, collection agencies and other creditors also insist on interest on arrears, so why not a private individual? In addition, MB also has obligations and one of them is the possibility to withdraw the balance at any time. It's certainly in the terms and conditions.
The question of whether it is worthwhile to insist on interest on arrears is another matter. Probably the effort for the few € is not worth it.
I just read a post/review by a person about MuchBetter on Trustpilot, which states that MuchBetter has filed for bankruptcy. What this means should then be clear to all. Anyone who will now still receive their money by whatever means should do three somersaults out of joy over this.

So no one from where even if they are insolvency but thanks for the info
The info is a comment from Trustpilot. Just because someone wrote it as a comment doesn't mean it's true. Another amount also claims that MB has lost its EU license. What now? Insolvency or no more license?
I actually think the license story is much more likely. Would also explain why many Online Casinos have stopped working with MB for now.
If one considers how many speak also with payout problems of a casino insolvency although they contribute even mostly by missing documents or offences to it I would not give now first of all so much on it

Fortunately, what you. whoever you are, believe or suspect is just as baseless as an unknown person's rating on Trustpilot. Why do you think I added extra where exactly this info came from?

Sure, I agree with you on that. Neither I nor anyone else here can know exactly what's going on at MB, which is why my guesses mean nothing. The only people who know what's going on are the people sitting in the upper echelons of MB.
However, I am not suggesting that you are lucky to get your money back because the company may be on the verge of insolvency. Such unsubstantiated facts can cause one or the other to panic, although it doesn't even have to be true. In my opinion, there is little point in speculating why MB is not making deposits or withdrawals at the moment. One only makes oneself crazy there.
I have experienced a similar case myself: Platin had problems with Sofort about 8 months ago and for a week all payments via Sofort were stopped. The method was also removed from the site. I still can't tell you exactly what the reason was, but one thing is the same: Platin hardly provided any information about it. They only said that there was a technical error at the moment and that they didn't know when exactly it would be fixed. It only affected DE, but they weren't sure when you would get your money either. In the end, this has been solved on its own.
So as not to go off-topic here I won't post here anymore. Anyway, I am confident that you will all get your money. I wish you a lot of strength, because I know how you feel about it.
Current status that the Central Bank of Lithuania has withdrawn MB's license. This applies only to EU customers. Other countries are not affected and MuchBetter can continue to operate.
There is no official body that confirms insolvency.
However, since no EU customers can currently use MuchBetter, there is of course an increased Risk of insolvency as all want to withdraw their existing balance.

If that were the case, crypto withdrawals would have to work. Since no state can do anything. Why do they not work? Doubt that non-EU citizens currently receive something there.

Hi, Can you prove it this with print screen? No info about this on instagram...
I am from Poland this is my first post on this forum, sorry for mistake but i have never learn English in my live, only from TV and now from Internet. Muchbetter is under Lithuania License. In november law order change in Lithuania and fintech (like muchbetter, zen, binance etc.) that are register in Lithuania have more thighs(?) rules. This is for all fintech that use crypto transaction (sell, Deposit, buy etc.
This is the reason Muchbetter investigation. In Year 2020-2021 all fintech get 1,5M euro penalty... so how muchbetter could bankruptcy? I dont know... but from my expirence when people are afraid they believe in irrational things. Most penalty is under 100k euro and 3 fintech lost license thahts and 25 get penalty...
Payrent (muchbetter) have no sanction yet... no disputes with customers... if something will change we will know about this... And muchbetter cannot block withdrawal without informing customers... That would be stupid in this situation... muchbetter work not only in EU but in whole world... i think...
