Hello,
I have been registered with Mobilautomaten for a long time and used to have a MuchBetter account there, unfortunately I can't access this account anymore as I don't even have the old sim card to receive a sms to log in. Now the following story, I won at Mobilautomaten and wanted to pay out, so I made a Muchbetter account with my current cell phone number and asked the Mobilautomaten support to change my Muchbetter account for the payout to my new one. You can only reach Muchbetter support via the app, they don't have a hotline, they always need 24 hours to answer. Or go to the Muchbetter page where I think there is also an email address for support requests.

1) You write with your new number in the app to the support of Muchbetter in urgent matters came with me once an answer after 10 minutes
