Deposit and withdrawal methods: Mifinity direct transfer in KYC queue

Hello,

i've been using the Mifinity direct transfer service a lot lately. This time, however, the transferred amount does not appear immediately in the wallet but is in the KYC queue. I've only experienced this with withdrawals to a bank account, but with depositors?
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Can anyone tell me why every direct transfer suddenly goes into the KYC queue.
i didn't have this problem for 6 months.
The depositors are not large amounts of money either.

It's the same with me ..and apparently it's only processed at certain times ..so if I were to transfer money now it would take at least until tomorrow morning until it arrives...but unfortunately I don't know why either

Ok thanks for the info. Well then I'm reassured, I thought it was just me

Anyway, I wrote them that I also pay charges for the direct transfer at my bank and I expect the amount to be available immediately. Let's see what they write back. For whatever reason, I don't think it's fair of Mifinity to simply make the customer wait. Why don't they write right away that they have technical problems or whatever?
I'm currently switching to Skrill and Neteller until it works again....

I'm also curious about that ...I don't think they'll do it voluntarily ...as many will no longer use it because the waiting time is so long
