If you have reached the 2k limit you can increase your limit to 10K without any further documents.
Just contact the support.
When you reach 10K limit you need to send a 2nd ID document (driver's license is also possible), 2nd address document, bank statement and money origin proof (gambling wins are also possible).
After that your account limit is free.

Log in to your account and click on the chat sign on the bottom right.
