Hello everyone, on 16.04. I requested a payout of 50€ at LocoWin, via Iban. I then received an e-mail asking me to identify my data, but the link said that my calculations for the page were incorrect, despite multiple checks and authorizations, the upload was still not possible. I would also like to withdraw €50 and was asked to verify my ID and address. They kept sending the same link where you can upload the front and back of your ID and have your face scanned. I was then asked to upload a selfie of myself and the ID via the link in the next email. But then I got the same email with the link from the beginning. Nothing where you could upload a selfie with ID. I explained the situation but received the same useless email X times again.
