Hello dear people,

Does anyone happen to know what is going on at Lapalingo? I have deposited with Skrill. The win I could only withdraw to bank account despite Skrill deposit.

On request in chat I was told they are not allowed to give any information about it. This is not normal. Would be happy if someone could answer my question.

Well, you would have to know what the GGL prescribes there, whether they say it is up to you what you offer for withdrawal methods or whether the customer has the right to choose how he pays out or in any case can insist on paying out with the method with which he deposited. How do you actually get this information? This is surely somewhere regulated and recorded, because if it is so, I would turn directly to the GGL, that they make faxes and force you to use a payout method that you do not want / have not deposited with.

It was the same at bet3000 recently (and definitely different before). Deposited with PSC...as AZ option was only bank available

Well it was so far always so that you could with the Deposit method also pay out or had. Is also so in the AGB's. About a change I was not informed. I play there regularly my last payout last month has also worked. Not this time. I have a screenshot of the chat cans but not post where this is clearly concealed from me why this is so. And that exactly made me wonder. Have never experienced something like this there that the customer service where responds.
