Since my bank has caused me problems because of my payments to the casinos, I have bought myself Jeton.
But I'm more of an amateur in such things.
What exact number do I have to enter when making a withdrawal from the casino to Jeton, my ID?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, but the casino will first want you to have deposited at least once with Jeton in order to be able to withdraw and then your account is automatically deposited anyway and you can click on it directly when withdrawing.

Hi folks,

after a long streak of bad luck, I also paid out something to the new Jetonbank today... but now I can't really see through it...

I got a new card and now the money is in my Jetonbank account, but somehow I don't have the option to transfer the money to my debit card. The balance on my debit card is also only shown in pounds... Am I being too stupid? Before with the old Jeton I was able to do this without any problems... Or is it no longer necessary to transfer extra money from the Jeton main account to the card?

In the new Jeton app, all you have to do is go to the Card tab at the bottom, click on Add credit, then enter the amount in the Card Account GBP field at the top, tick From for EUR and click on Next and the money from the wallet will be on the card.

Hello
I have a question for anyone who has experience with Jetonbank.
I have been using Jeton for a quarter of a year because my bank has been giving me problems with payments from the casino.
I am very happy with Jeton.
Is it possible to transfer money from my Jeton account to my current account or will there be problems with the bank.
Is Jeton accepted by German banks?
MfG

I'm just wondering why you want to make an attempt to transfer the money from Jeton to your current account? And then there's the fact that you've had problems with your bank regarding payments to casinos. If I were you, I would stay away from banks. I don't know which bank we're talking about here, but I wouldn't put the money in your current account, which you might use for all other purposes. As an alternative, I would advise you to set up a separate account just for gambling. A bank account like Wise would be suitable for this purpose.
