I find that totally confusing. I really thought I had somehow messed up the transfer from the wallet to the card because the money isn't on it. Good thing I read this or I'd probably spend hours on hold again. So thanks for your comment. Skrill is definitely better there; even though it sucks that there are fees all the time now. But at least the money is always immediately everywhere and can also be spent immediately.
