i try to describe my problem!
I wanted to register Saturday on Hyperino, after I clicked on register came as an alternative sign up with Trustly .
I selected this option, it came directly a Deposit request without personal data matching.
I chose 30 euros, after I entered my bank code and my bank ID + pin, the amount was deducted directly.
I waited 10 minutes but nothing happened, there was no redirection to another page.
After consultation with the direct support I should give my account data which unfortunately do not exist
Thereupon the conversation was ended directly without helping me further ...
In the meantime I have communicated with Trustly by email, but the answer was that I have to contact the merchant.

With Trustly it happens from time to time that it takes a while until the deposits arrive at the casino. Since Saturday until now, however, I find too long. I would write again explicitly to the casino, preferably by mail and ask that they look at it. Send them a screenshot from your online banking to see that the money is down from your account
What else could have happened is: the money is down, but the simultaneous registration somehow did not work. If this is the case, Trustly will credit the money back to your account, but this may take some time, so please contact the casino again as described above.

The money should be transferred back to me from Trustly but nothing happened. The chat advisor said that the money had not arrived, which I also believe.
