Hello all,
unfortunately still nothing has happened in my case. I called Klarna on Saturday and opened a ticket due to my still missing deposit. The customer service representative assured me that someone would quickly take care of it. Now 5 more days have passed and nothing is happening.
Does anyone know how long it takes to open a ticket until something happens?
