Hello has anyone had similar experiences and it's about the following.

i deposited 200 euros by credit card at 1go Casino (part of galaktika). It was debited from my card, but on the 1go site it says canceled and the money is nowhere.

Support says patience.

So I have deposited there so many times and sometimes it took a while, but after a few minutes the money was there. Now hours have passed and the status is on canceled, otherwise it was on pending.
