Hello,

I deposited yesterday as often at Rizk with credit card, after about 30 min I wanted to Deposit again 15€ and there was transaction failed. Nevertheless, the amount of 15€ was charged to my card and twice even though I tried only 1x. Rizk tells me I get my money back but that may take some time. On my question for the trouble at least times to get a few freespins I was told that this is not possible I find it very sad that are so stingy, finally my money is gone. There I pay in nothing more.

Calm down, buddy. You will get your money. Had the problem once at Casino Secret. They had to check all transactions first and then after a while they added the money to the account. Was actually quite easy

But if they give something to everyone who has the problem, many scroungers will come around the corner and try it the same way. No one knows first of all whether your story is true, which you haust the table - maybe there is a bonus when they credit the money and the story is confirmed

They have already confirmed that with the credit card statement that is already verifiable
