Somehow, it all doesn't quite fit together.
Deposit limit was first activated on 08.12.2017, but did not start until 04.01.2018? Strange. Did you possibly change it in between? Normally the limit is set immediately, just like when the limit is reduced. When the limit is increased, there is a waiting period of mostly 7 days
You won on 05.12.2017 and had a payout. The win was credited to the limit which was only set up 3 days later on 08.12.2017? Also weird. Doesn't a crediting of a win only take place with a loss limit and not with a Deposit limit?
With a deposit limit of 600 € / month to still be able to deposit 14k € ... there must have been something wrong
Unfortunately, you cannot see on the page how the time periods are defined.
At LeoVegas, for example, it says:
Daily limit from 00:00
Weekly limit from Monday
Monthly limit always from the 1.of a month
I find nothing at Betsson, not even in the terms and conditions.
That withdrawals are offset at Betsson Betsafe and many others unfortunately so.
I also find that there is actually from a Deposit limit a loss limit.
If you have set on 8.12. a monthly limit, and not weekly, then I wonder why that starts on 4.12....On 1.12. would still somehow plausible (as with Leovegas) but the 4.12.?
Had you asked the support then times, where this starting time comes for the limit?
In general, deposit limits seem to me not always from the set to apply, but from a point in time often located before.
for example, at Mobilebet I had once set my limit to 50 and ranach could no longer deposit anything, because I had deposited the day before 50.
Long speech short sense:
The support should describe how these deadlines are defined and when they start.
I also think that a Deposit limit should apply from the moment it is set.
But seems to be obviously not standard, see my example Leovegas.
If one is quite precise, one could of course say a monthly deposit limit refers to a calendar month, otherwise it should be called 4 -week limit.
But that wouldn't explain the 4 -week limit either...
Well, I hope that settles, more I can not really say more about it unfortunately

Well at LeoVegas I'm not, but if then it must be explicit in it.
