Hello everyone,

I deposited a higher amount at Jeton via crypto (Trust Wallet) (is a previous casino win in a casino that does not offer direct jeton payout). Then wanted to withdraw from the jeton wallet to the Visa Card and now jeton requires a proof of origin of the depositor... Account name/number/email address must be visible on the proof, but there is no such thing with trust wallet. I only sent them screenshots of the transactions and that was rejected.

Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?

Thanks and greetings

3800 euros. I've now told them that this is an anonymous wallet and I can't provide any proof. Account is now activated again

have deposited crypto there now both under 1000 and had to ask each time why it has not yet been credited

think they speculate that if you die or forget with a few million customers "cash inne täsch"

Up to €3000 from an anonymous wallet would still have been okay....
