Today I was denied my withdrawal for the first time by Videoslots, with the reason that I have to convert the Deposit 1x.
Occasionally I have experienced this in other casinos in recent times. But Videoslots has always been very accommodating.
Have times in the chat asked why this is now so. He explained that with a new law against money laundering and Videoslots must and will now be oriented in the future and the deposits must now always be converted 1x.
Since I am a Low Roller, this annoys me. Pay out often even with smaller wins. Only if now every casino pays close attention to the fact that you put everything brav 1x...Oh man...
My refused payout is of course now gone..ran nix..all lost...
Is there this new law really? Are you at the moment also very closely watched that you convert everything 1x?

Well, I have known for years that the Deposit must always be converted min. 1x. Sounds logical, otherwise money laundering in OCs would be impossible to control. Or they would have to determine where the money comes from with which I deposited 20 PSCs in a row à 100€... That would certainly be more time-consuming than converting the deposit 1x. Or another way. Why should I deposit 5k without wanting to play ??

Yes, I understand that. It's not about me paying in and getting out immediately. I also play with the money. But today was missing 14 euros to the full Deposit amount..that's what I mean. That everything must now be converted to 100%. That is new to me...

in the past, they justified it with the statement --> we are not a bank where you can pay in and out at will <--. today it is money laundering. some also pick up certain fs offers and pay out again immediately, that goes with some oc, with others not
but normally most are accommodating if you win

That is really a pity. I would like to hope that this was an isolated incident with you and that in the future they will not pay so much attention to it, so that you can continue to pursue your strategy

Is unfortunately not an isolated case but I can not think of any scenario where you play right and lose so much by the 1x convert that you can not pay out in the event of a win and play everything down?
@Ronny1982 can you tell me your strategy and explain to me how it comes that this rule affects you so negatively?

Personally, I set a win limit, not a loss limit, when I gamble.
If I Deposit 20 euros, for example, then I want to get out twice as much. Since it would not come to mind as an example 10 euros to pay out again
Maybe you can then make a few days break and then try again if you notice that a casino is not going well at the moment

Okay....I Deposit for example 26 euros and my minimum is 20 € then pay out. So I have 6 euros to play with. Sometimes they are gone in no time, sometimes I can really play with these for a while and if it goes very well I have a win of say 12 euros and then have for example 36 euros and pay out. Usually I play with these 6 € so much that I turn over a total of easy 26 euros, if it does not run times at all these 6 euros are gone quickly and I have always had the lifeline that I let me pay out the deposit amount. Exactly THAT has protected me from massive losses. But if it goes badly and I now have to play through the entire 26 euros, not only 6 euros are gone but 26 euros. As I said, I have usually always played through the deposit amount, but sometimes not.... And unfortunately, that is exactly what no longer works from now on...
hmm, why do not you just pay 6€ and daddelst the down? You say that when the 6€ are gone, you pay out again in any case or have I misunderstood?
I could also imagine that this Deposit strategy is also expensive for the Online Casinos, because each time a bureaucratic act is required and also processing fees of the payment service providers each time. And for you it is also annoying this back and forth transferring or not?
Aunt Edit: I think I understand because 20€ is the minimum deposit, right?
Then you have to look for casinos where there is no minimum deposit amount. I think at Mr Green there is no deposit limit and you can also deposit 1€. Do not know if that is still the case there ...
