I have a problem
I deposited money at cryptovoucher.io as a BTC voucher. Normally I would have sent it directly to my Coinbase wallet but not this time by mistake.
Then I paid out the balance I had as btc in euros.
Now we come to the problem.
You can't send euros, only crypto. Not a problem in itself, but apparently you can't buy crypto with your balance, this function simply doesn't exist. And you can't cash out either.
But it can't be that when you withdraw your crypto, the money is simply lost.
