Hello all,
i have deposited with my account (ING) in a casino several times (Visa Debit)
CA 600 euros with pin or online approval through my banking app
Another 600 euros also with the Visa but for this no release or pin was required.
The transactions were all marked in the banking app.
The transactions with pin and release were all booked and the deposits without release have simply been canceled by the bank after a few days. In the casino, the money was (unfortunately) gambled away but my bank apparently did not forward the amounts to the payment Provider and performed a chargeback.
Has anyone had this happen before? Will the payment processor or the casino legally be able to claim the money back from me?
The casino is Jet.Casino ... I think they are based in England and the payment providers are probably somewhere outside the EU.
I can't help you either.
I have also made multiple deposits to Woopwin via Trustly from my account at ING
Nothing was charged back to my account.
I don't think that the casino has any legal means to claim the money
The casino should not have a German license,
and because of a few hundred euros even less.
Would only avoid in the future to Deposit in this casino or a partner casino...
