I have made or requested 2 withdrawals of BTC to my Coinbase wallet.

A BTC transaction does not take at least 1-2 days. Maybe 1-2 hours at most. And "27 minutes for process allowed" does not mean that an incoming transaction may take a maximum of 27 minutes. The BTC address at Coinbase does not change.
