Deposit and withdrawal methods: Bank account payout | Bank reports

Hello all,

i have had two five figure payouts (20k each) made to my bank account from a casino with a C uracao license. Both were relatively large wins. In hindsight, I don't know if that was such a smart move, because my bank (comdirect) has now contacted me and wants written proof of where the sums came from. I have sent them both my withdrawal receipts and meant that they come from sports betting (The casino doesn't have any but hopefully they don't check) and hope they leave it at that. However, one reads here in the forum of bank notices, house searches up to the account seizure by the public prosecutor's office. Now I'm worried that something like that will get me.

Has anyone here ever had experience with the disclosure of the wins? What kind of consequences can be waiting for me? Instead of enjoying my win, now I have to be afraid of further consequences...

Thank you!

Best regards,
Parenox

Hey and congratulations on the win !

That you mention the name here from the casino, reads like advertising

but let's not assume ....

So 40k ?

That is already a lot of wood.

Couldn't you stagger it into smaller amounts ?

If the money is in your account, I would withdraw it in cash and s.c.h.e.i.s.s.e.n on it if the bank cancels my account !

Account garnishment I think is exaggerated.

Good Luck

Hello,

Sorry, didn't mean for it to read like advertising. I tried to withdraw the amount in small parts, however, they transferred the amount to me in one go and as I said, the bank has now contacted me. The account itself I can still access normally

A bank termination I would personally not bad, because I have anyway other accounts but have now after all the posts here in the forum afraid that the bank forwards the prosecution (for illegal gambling?) and it then comes to more problems

Is the concern unjustified?

Thank you. Yes, I think I make myself crazier than I should. I play super rarely and then I won big on "Who wants to be a millionaire". I could hardly believe it myself until the money was in the account. I'll keep you posted on what the bank will say about the win.

is dirty advertising, who believes the idiot?!
Maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 4,000 €/$ or currency equivalent daily, 16,000 €/$ or currency equivalent per week and 50,000 €/$ or currency equivalent per month, unless otherwise specified in the promotional Terms & Conditions, where exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status.

Oh oh oh, hard punishments await you my friend, starting with three lashes on the naked glans.

If you had stayed honest Pinocchio. Father Geppeto will ground you for a certain time. How long depends on how honest you are in general. Whether the wins really come from a Curracao casino or not from Peter Pan's wonderland dreams, only time will tell. Asking a gambling forum for a legal opinion is the wrong place, a lawyer will be able to give you better information

Weren't you worried about ever receiving the money? I would have turned to the gambling forum first or was your post simply a surreptitious advertisement for the casino ????? Questions upon questions......

Hello Blackpanther,

you can only withdraw 5000€ on the site. I have just stacked and they have transferred everything in one go
Unfortunately I can not edit my initial post, then I would take out the name of the casino. I did not know that you can not call this or that falls under advertising

Would a mod be so free to take out the name? Gladly I can also confirm my legitimacy to him

Hi,

Yes, and how I was scared that nothing is transferred to me. But I thought to myself: "well, you can try to have your stake at least booked back, in case of doubt". Apart from that, this is not the subject of this article. I explicitly asked for experience reports, if someone has ever been contacted by his bank in case of a larger win and the bank has demanded proof. When I read through here in the forum, there are only negative experiences...

May I ask how long it took between receiving the payment and reporting it to the bank?
