Hello all,

I have a question regarding the withdrawal from my Astropay Wallet to my bank account. I am expecting a total of 16k€ from Platincasino which will be transferred to my Astropay Wallet. Today the first 5k arrived. So far so good. However, I could only transfer 1830€ to my bank account. After that, the function was no longer available. Are there certain limits?.. It depends on your level of Astropay how much you can pay out to your bank account. I had in June 2x4000 and 1x 1500 paid out. Extra stayed under the 10,000 at the bank. And on different days. But was also since 2 years the first time that I what pay out read.
