Deposit and withdrawal methods: 4500€ win at Stake - What is the best way to proceed?

Hello everyone,
i won €4500 on Stake and have already read up on the forum. However, I'm still not sure how best to proceed and I'm hoping for your support.
Briefly about my current situation:

  • I already have accounts at Bitpanda and Binance.

  • In addition, I have now created a Nexo account. I also have a Exodus where I "temporarily store" the cryptos. (Thanks to the tips here in the forum )

  • In the past, I have paid out smaller amounts to my bank account via Bitpanda without any problems.

Of the 4500€ I have so far:

  • 1000€ sent to Bitpanda and successfully paid out to my bank account.

  • 500€ deposited on Nexo to order the physical card. Unfortunately, this is not available at the moment. According to support, I could withdraw money at the ATM with the virtual card.

  • I tried that today, but it didn't work. I will try another ATM in the next few days.

Now to my actual questions:

  1. At what amount does the bank start making inquiries?

  2. Would it be unproblematic to split the remaining €3000? For example:

    • 500€ via Bitpanda.

    • 1000€ via Binance.

    • 1500€ via Nexo.

  3. Or would it be better to pay out only 500€ this month and the rest next month?

As I see here that many people only think about five-digit amounts, I ask myself: Do I need to worry about €4500 at all?
I look forward to your experiences and tips!
Many thanks in advance!

So I can only say that since 01.01.25 everything from 1000,- Euro should be reported to Coinbase according to the new regulation. I don't know what the situation is with Bitpanda and Binance. You shouldn't have any problems with Nexo, if I've understood correctly here in the forum. Congratulations on your win. I would also be interested to know how you can withdraw with a virtual card.

Withdrawing money with a virtual card? How is that supposed to work? Send the data to the ATM?😁

Oh from 1000€ already I'll wait until I can order the Nexo card, thanks!

Yes, supposedly with NFC. I'm not sure if that can work either

With NFC via cell phone.

If the card is stored in the Apple Wallet, for example, and the "Contactless payment" symbol is on the machine.
Works perfectly.
I haven't done it with the virtual Nexo card itself yet, but I have with others.

Is it not possible to withdraw from Casino to Binance and then from there to e.g. Jeton Bank? Then you could always withdraw everything at the ATm with the Jeton Card.

I'll have a look at Jeton Bank later, thanks!

I just wanted to create an account with jeton. Do I have to enter my tax ID at the end?

Enter any one. It's completely unimportant.

So, simply entering a tax ID there that is not your own, I personally think is very questionable. After all, you hold your money on this wallet and, with a bit of luck, this wallet could be assigned to another person for tax purposes, which could be disadvantageous for them in the worst case.

In the end, there are a whole range of reasons why you shouldn't do this.

Have you already cashed it out? I would probably send it step by step to Exodus & from there to coinbase & always withdraw the money immediately with the coinbase credit card.

Hey, I have paid out a portion so far. At the beginning 1k via Bitpanda bank transfer. Now I'm doing it step by step at the ATM like you said - but with the Bitpanda Card.

If you believe that you will be approached by the authorities or something similar because of the tax ID in an online account, then unfortunately you are not living in reality. So in the end, it really doesn't matter.

I simply entered "-" in the field and was verified. Now I have ordered the card but it says "You will receive a free debit card. Your card balance with a new account is GBP." Can I set it to EUR afterwards?
