i will try to be as short and understandable as possible and hope to read some of your thoughts on my problem.

First of all - my payout of 1000 EUR was in the end only 145 EUR.
And I, as you have already guessed, would like to have the 1000 EUR that I think I am entitled to.

How I got the 1000 EUR :
New Year's bonus of 518% claimed, 30 EUR paid in.
So I had at the beginning 155,40 + 30 = 185,40 EUR

So the most I could withdraw at the end, in case of winning of course, would be - 10 x 155,40 + 30 = 1584 EUR
