Dear Gamble Joe Team & Forum,

As already mentioned in the post title, in my case there was a payout rejection and very questionable reaction from DrückGlück as a response.

First of all, I have not yet visited the customer portal of DrückGlück, because I can already imagine the answer and it will take a very long time to receive such, but of course I will still do that.
