I really hope that I can achieve something with my public complaint directed to LEOVEGAS. Unfortunately, LeoVegas is not willing to acknowledge its mistake and accommodate me. It is about an amount of about 3000 EUR, which I deposited back into the casino due to my Gambling addiction proven in writing. Previously, I had blocked myself at this casino and explicitly asked for an irrevocable blocking of my account. Unfortunately, my account was unlocked again without hesitation. All I want is a refund of those deposits that I was able to Deposit back into the casino after my account was unlocked. That is all I am asking for. Before that, I had my account locked with a fat negative balance.
LeoVegas is not at all serious about "LeoSafePlay". Because if they were, they wouldn't treat gambling addicts the way they currently do. I hope something still happens here.
And the whole thing then again in English:
I really hope that I can achieve something with my public complaint against LEOVEGAS. Unfortunately, LeoVegas is not willing to accept his mistake and to find an amicable solution. It concerns an amount of approximately 3000 EUR, which I have deposited back into the casino due to my written gaming addiction. Before, I had been blocked at this casino and explicitly asked for an >>>irrevocable closing/blocking<<< of my account. Unfortunately my account was unlocked again without hesitation. All I want is a refund of those deposits that I was able to deposit back into the casino after my account was unlocked. That's all I ask. Before that, I had my account closed with a big minus.

Hi,
If you can prove that you have been banned there for Gambling addiction, contact the MGA. Usually the money will be refunded to you.

Thanks for your quick reply Zockertyp89. I think that if LeoVegas is serious about fair play and Player protection, they will find a solution without going through the MGA.

If that's true, it's really not okay, but you probably would have gambled it away somewhere else if you had that much addiction pressure. Take it as a sign to do another therapy. All the best for the future and hopefully you will get rid of the pressure and get healthy again

If I remember correctly sunmakersunnyplayer and LeoVegas casinos if you there at block reason Spielucht angibts you never have a chance to play there. At other casinos you have to bring proof that you are no longer addicted. If they accept that you can again.Since there is a page at Gamblejoe there is exactly.
Still what would be if you had won 30000 you would have paid back because of Gambling addiction!
Gambling addiction is a disease does not need to talk about it.
If you would now get back the 3000 euros, give me a reason why they do not go back to the casino are yes gambling addicted.

That's not what this is about at all! it's about functioning player protection. whether money goes back to a
goes back to a casino, or whether he would have paid it back if he had won the money, is completely irrelevant.
if a player asks for a permanent ban, then they have to set it up, simple as that!
there are no discussions at all.
whether this measure solves the fundamental problem, i don't think so either, but LeoVegas has to
to implement it without any ifs and buts.
if they do not learn from this, the penalty was probably not high enough!
just a pity that it was not in uk!

Do not want to argue with them now.If you can lock forever without Gambling addiction to indicate.Does one have a chance to get back in.If I let me lock and give gambling addiction I have no chance to get back in forever. If you ask me now where I know that my own experience. That is not okay what the casino makes about it we do not need to talk.At other casinos I have a chance but must prove that I am no longer addicted to gambling.

if i want to be banned for life, i have to implement it, no matter what the reason is!
reason! especially when it comes to gambling!
in case of need, i book once with PayPal, and book directly back again.
at the latest then I am blocked for life.
if the casinos prefer it that way, they will get it for sure!
for sure!
i would have said, that would be a case for the mga, but they are not interested in anything anyway, therefore
you have to become active yourself.
rather the money is taken from addicts, instead of taking care of a really
to take care of a really working Player protection!
there you see again the way of thinking of the casinos!
do not adhere to their own terms and conditions, but slam these in front of you for every little thing
latz, so as not to have to pay.
find that good, that he defends himself!

I understand them correctly.I have as an example today 2000 euros gambled away am angry write would like to be locked for life.Is done am locked for life.Have Gambling addiction over wounds can better handle my money.Would like to play again.Have but never again a chance to play there because locked for life.Whether it was with him so I do not know of course. He could also go to another casino and gamble there.I would be for it that there is a blocking system where you are blocked directly with new registrations. For 1 year but that you have no chance at all to play in online casinos.
