It would be interesting to know what the money laundering laws are in Malta regarding casinos. Then one would know exactly whether it is a matter of stalling, or whether it is legal regulations.

On the other hand, they would then refer to the T&C's that they are allowed to require that. After all, they're doubly covered, unlike the player.
Either way, you are basically at their mercy.

It's basically a delay either way because you could certainly do the whole thing much faster if you wanted to and used more staff for it. That they don't do that at CC or generally at GVC (the company behind it) is one of the reasons for me not to play there. But on the other hand, GVC is also the biggest store that also constantly buy up other providers, such as recently Ladsbrokes, Coral and previously already bwin.party etc. pp

To the money laundering laws has changed there probably in December on Malta again what. I honestly do not want to deal with it in detail but here you will find what you are looking for: Act XXVIII of 2017 - Amendments to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act

It was probably tightened/improved again at the end of 2017 due to pressure from the EU.

At that time I have this casino very well rated ...meanwhile this store has become my absolute hate casino ...
After I let myself be locked everywhere and everything worked immediately without further ado, they offered me but snotty 85 FS and a Deposit bonus of 150% on my next deposit.
Ok I thought, deposit another 25 € and take the bonus and the 85 FS with me ...

Nothing I got !!!

Wrote the support if they want to screw me ?
Immediately flown out of the chat ...

Until today, my account is free although I asked to block me for 1 year!

To come back to the topic ...CC is just stalling you and now on the WE make the eh nothing ...in the hope that you verballerst everything again !!!!

PS. I had there once a win in the amount of 2100 € ...I did not even have to verify ...Money Laundering Act ? Hahahahah !

Casino Club has so far only seemed very reputable to me, so I think you will get your money safely. I also think that it has something to do with the turnover and that the operators have simply been puzzled or something similar. So far, the support has always been very helpful to me.

That can be good. Because the limit where a casino must verify according to the Malta law is beyond these 2100 euros. That OT is now verified again is probably due to his mentioned Deposit and withdrawal pattern or the betting behavior. So you can not compare that.

As for CC, I'm pretty much in line with your opinion and have been avoiding the casino completely for several years

Getting back on topic ...CC is just stalling you and now on WE they aren't doing anything anyway ...hoping you bury it all again !!!!

yep that's what I'm thinking right now. Just with the support led a chat and they can not tell me now when the payout takes place....there come only abstract phrases like 1 to 4 days need the - and yes it can be that I get a payout on Monday ......
They will certainly not make a payment today - that is already certain for me.
This is definitely just a stupid stalling tactic -

i don't believe a word they say about money laundering
they could also have seen that a transfer was made, and transfers can always be traced.

I did not receive a reply to my e-mails yesterday.

The customer service is poor in the casino in my opinion. Messages are forwarded at a snail's pace.

Just unbelievable. I think I will not play in the casino after that!

Just unbelievable. I don't think I will play at that casino again after this!

Would be a good decision imo. There are many clearly better.

Then what is wrong with your perception!

Then something is wrong with your perception!

Why would there be something wrong? I've deposited between 5-10 times there and cashed out twice. Verification hasn't happened yet but that's probably because of the lower payout amounts of once 300€ and once 150€. The first time I had a Welcome bonus and have therefore asked the chat if I can still pay out because it was still active and the support immediately answered me that I should simply cancel the bonus and then it works. I did that, requested a payout and less than an hour later the money was on my paypal.

With all the bad reviews on Askgambler alone, I'm surprised.

Then something is wrong with your perception!

i have to confirm in part what concerns the chat !
Wins came pretty fast ...if you didn't win on Friday night

When I asked where the my 85 FS and my bonus remains ...I had to give the Deposit code sent to me ...because the support staff had to look !
Then it took over 10 minutes ...no reaction ...and that was too stupid for me !!!!
Then again dialed into the chat and then asked if they want to f**k with me ...well and as already written ...have thrown me out of the chat ...

When I just read my mails, I was confirmed the game break of 12 months !!!!

Read the here with ???

Awesome
