Problems with Mr Green

Yesterday I wanted to withdraw 200 euros at Mr Green - every time I got the error message "Account is blocked".
With credit card it would go but they say I have to choose the same payment method (bank transfer). contacted 10 different Honks from the support (email, chat) and everything has brought nothing.
They advised me to clear the cache, use another browser etc.. Everything brought nothing. Slowly this is really annoying! My account with Mr Green seems to be ok, they have nothing criticized. My bank account is also accessible without problems for me in all respects.
Has anyone ever had this or has ne idea what this can be?
How long have you been struggling with this problem when you say you've contacted 10 different honks from support?

Honks = nice employees, but somewhat incompetent. I got since yesterday already 3 mails, which told me exactly the same, without going into my "error screenshots". They seem to try, but do not help or do not know what to do. Vll klappts yes equal, now is the payment department with me in contact. If that does not work, you can gladly inquire for me.
I thought that vll someone had the problem also once...
