Hi. So I'm a little desperate. I only ever get the same answer from the mga that they would get back to me as soon as they know something. Since 6 months! This reminds me directly of my email correspondence with Mr.ringo itself.... so you can not deal with customers who have trusted the casino supervision!

What do you guys think about this? And does anyone have any suggestions how I can get the mga to take the 3550 euro scam seriously at my expense? For me this is really no fun I am dependent on the money:(

Mfg

Actually you are doing it just right. Always nag, nag and nag again. They must always have you on their radar. I would have liked that so much, you would have gotten your money long ago

I really keep my fingers crossed for you. Stay on the ball and don't give up. Then you will get it

Hmm I don't think you're right, I think Mrringo is insolvent or illegally diverted funds

So now the mga has written to me that the Maltese police are taking over the investigation. What do you think of this? Am I right in thinking that my money is gone for good and the whole case remains a small untouched pile of files? Well, the mga is out of it now. What kind of guarantee do they actually give with their license? Who is supposed to trust them? Do they have no obligations to the customers but only a nice logo that should pretend security?

Hmm well, I think the MGA can not do so much if the casino side does not cooperate with them or they Anlügt... then you can probably only go about the state power...
