Hello first,

i am new here in the forum and now I am looking for tips from you how to proceed.

It all started a few weeks ago with my registration at METALCASINO,
at first it didn't go so well but after a few more deposits I had an extremely good run on Extra Chili and Book of Dead with huge wins.

So that I don't gamble it all away again, I first paid out 4999€ and hours later another 4995€,
that was 09.09.2018

I still had a little on the account and continued to play and the run continued......
so again a payout I amount of 4999€ and shortly after 4995€ ( same amount as the day before, is that the error ?? )
that was on 10.09.2018

After a few days break I continued playing and ended my session on 14.09.18 with 2 more payouts of just under 10K .

And now comes....

The payouts from 09.09 were already on 10.09 on my account, the payouts from 10.09 were not there after days, so I wrote to the support.
This told me that only 10k per week are paid out so the next payout will be released only on 16.09.
