UPDATE 30.04.2018 16:40
This case has just been successfully solved. Many thanks to Sarah and the rest of the Lapalingo.com team!
A very reputable online casino!

Dear Sir or Madam,

i can not believe it but I am currently very appalled

I have been registered at Lapalingo.com for about 5-7 weeks and enjoy playing online slots and online casino there
I would have to lie about how much I have deposited in total (via Paypal) but it must have been around 600 € (+ 370 come right on top).

2-3 weeks ago I started to explore the area "sports betting". There I played some combos as well as single bets and in total I won about 200-300 € (of course I also lost money, about 250 €).
During the payout my documents were requested. I have transferred these truthfully. In general, I have entered all my data truthfully, so these points from this site do not appeal to me at all: https://www.gamblejoe.com/news/online-casino-zahlt-nicht-aus-was-tun/
This is also my 1st account at lapalingo.com regarding "double accounts"

After 5 days, the payouts also arrived successfully on my PayPal account

Last Tuesday Bayern vs. Real played and I thought to myself, I now pay 370 € and bet that completely on Real and lo and behold, won
Fortunately, I have still made a screenshot of it:

I then went to the online casino the same evening and played a few rounds of roulette. I then landed at 1600.12 € and this I wanted to pay out.
Since you have to pay 1 € fee for Paypal withdrawals, it was only 1599.12 € (see also here a screenshot of Lapalingo.com mail):

All good I thought to myself
Yesterday I wanted to check if there was a new status in the account overview (before that the status was always "waiting") and lo and behold... my account was DEACTIVATED...

I wrote to the support yesterday but somehow I have a very bad feeling about the matter... it can not be?
I thought then possibly "cheats" in online Roulette but even then I lost money. I think I was at 1800 and am then down to 1600 so that is also excluded

I hope you can help me what I can do further. I think 1600 € is a lot and I would like to have it regularly. I never intended to stop with Lapalingo, because I like the online slots very much but something like now does not work at all...

I ask for help and your opinions. Maybe you have also had such a case?
In an emergency I would also have a legal protection Insurance, if you "must" go so far...

Thank you in advance

Many greetings

Hello,

and welcome to the forum.

What does the Live Chat say about it?

I have also nice more often at Lapalingo in and also paid out (also probably with bonus). So far, all withdrawals arrived and there were no problems.

I think here there is also a member that is from Lapalingo, maybe the member here times to report.

If you have done nothing fraudulent, then your payouts should also arrive, I would then not worry much.

1600 euros is certainly standard for such a casino and not weltbewegenedes.

Best regards,

Dokado

I have just tested it. When logging in, I first got the reference to new terms and conditions, which I should confirm, then this "blue" notice, transaction error. But can access my Acc and the data normally. The "red" notice, Acc deactivated, I do not have.

So with me the red indication does not stand.

I can log in normally and can or could also deposit.

Yes, I read that they must have a bug with the live casino.

Since you played there yesterday, they may want to check something.

I would be patient until Monday. As written, I would not worry about the withdrawal that is processed, or rejected.
